Originally built by Mohammad Yahya Khan, an aristocrat from Lahore, Springfields is spread over 4 acres of land. The property comprised of the main house, two
outhouses, stables and a tennis court.
Acquired by Usha Lexus Hotels and Resorts, Springfields is situated at a little distance from the bustle of the Mall - the famous Shimla promenade, in the peaceful
and verdant surroundings of Chotta Shimla.
